Time is running short and there's so much I wish to ask him so I resort to the rapid fire technique.

Sophie: Okay let's try some quick fire questions: When is your birthday and when were you born?

Phil: 4th April 1972

Sophie: What did you want to be when you grew up?

Phil: A nuclear physicist or a rocket scientist.

Phil: Maths was my favourite and French my least favourite sunjects I just didn't like the teacher at all.

Sophie: Where do you write?

Phil:  Anywhere I can but mainly at home on the computer.

Sophie: Do you write out your stories or use a word processor?

Phil: My handwiriting is awful, I blame the fact I'm a lefty, so I type everything I never make written notes.  I use Scrivener for most of my writing.

Phil: That is such a hard question but I think I'd go with Close encounters of the first kind.

Sophie: What's the first film you saw on your own in the cinema?

Phil:  Tron and it was at the Odeon, Well Hall in South East London.

Sophie: Where is your favourite place for holidays?
